• In order for us to dispatch the goods on the same working day, we will need to have the order with completed payment before 2pm. Any order placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that if the order is placed before Friday 2pm, the goods will be with you on Monday.


• Changes to delivery details made by the purchaser after the goods have been handed to the delivery company will incur an additional charge of £20.


• Most of the deliveries will be carried out by courier companies which require a signature to receive the goods. If you missed the delivery, you can request a redelivery with the card left by the driver or collect the goods from your local depot. Redelivery will be arranged automatically for the next working day if no instruction is made to the courier. If you fail to receive the order on the second attempt .Goods will be held in the local depot for 5 working days to await your collection. If no collection or arrangement is made, it will be returned to us along with a return charge of £20, the purchaser must meet this charge

• Goods sold within the U.K are insured up to £500 against damage in transit. BathEmpire.com cannot consider any claim for shortages or damages 72 hours after delivery. Please ensure that all goods are checked by yourself and that any problems are reported to our customer care team on 02476 389052 or preferably email us at sales@bathempire.com within 72 hours of delivery. If we are not notified of damage within 72 hours of delivery we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the carrier. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 72 hours of delivery


• BathEmpire.com strongly advises you not to book your plumber or contractor in any preparatory work until full receipt of your goods. If any item is out of stock, a bathempire.com sales advisor will email or telephone you immediately to advise you of the expected delivery date
