Thermostatic Bar Valves

Our thermostatic bar valves form the basis of all our exposed kits; they come either as a bath filler and mixer shower, or solely as a mixer shower.

Rust Free Finish

The whole of our range is created from solid brass, as this metal presents an excellent resistance to corrosion. We don’t just use any brass. We ensure that our entire range of taps feature Grade A brass, as this has a minimum copper content of 59%.

Water and Pressure Checking

At BathEmpire, we are committed to quality, and that is why we ensure to check all our products to make sure that our quality and standards are not dropping. We take a few items out of each batch that we produce, and check they are watertight.

We also test all our products to at least 15 bar of pressure; given that most households will have an average water pressure of under 5 bar, you can be sure that this is a quality shower head.

What is a Thermostatic Valve?

The valve has been manufactured to TMV2 standard, which ensures that the manufacturing process stringently adheres to thermostatic safety guidelines. By having thermostatic properties, this valve ensures that the hot water won’t exceed 38 degrees Celsius. This valve is designed to prevent scalding, and by integrating it into your shower system, you can guarantee safety for all members of the family.
