1.Returns must be made with a completed returns form.

2.This form can be downloaded from the bottom of this page.

3.Please make sure the return item is in pristine condition with its original box and packaging.

Please Note:

If you send a return to us without a returns form you a £20 administration fee will be charged to cover the extra work involved in processing your return.

We provide refund for items purchased within 14 days.
Postage is non-refundable.
You will be responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of goods.
If goods are sent back without care and damage is caused during transit, we will not be able to offer refund, so please make sure you pack the item so no damage can occur.

Faulty Goods: For your peace of mind, all of our goods come with varies 1 to 5 years warranty. Please read the following terms before your purchase.

In unlikely event that a manufacturing fault does occur we will try to replace the part within 3 working days. We will cover postage cost for sending replacement parts to any UK address, but cannot be held responsible for any 3rd party costs or compensation in any way for damage to the item or other goods.

All returns are tested and if the item proves not to be faulty when tested then only the product value will be refunded. You will be charged the cost of the deliveries.
