Chris Kane September 12Great bath and service from the company, but your delivery is the worst possible for big items. The driver told me he couldn't bring the bath to my flat, on the first floor with my help, because he is not covered in the insurance. With such big items you should have a delivery company that can carry your product in. For example say I had been an 80 year old man who couldn't walk. What would you do then. I have a very bad spin and a muscle desiese but had to bring it up myself. I could have done some real damage to myself. Not pleased at all.
