sheila September 11My builder had repeatedly advised me against ordering any sanitary ware from the internet. The price was very competitive so after phoning Bath Empire and talking to them directly I decided to go ahead and order anyway. The bath arrived on time, the builder has just been to check it and it is in perfect condition. My advice to you, if you are at all worried, is to call the team at Bath Empire and talk through your concerns with them. I was very pleased with the service I received.
