Clare July 12I ordered a slim line vertical radiator.I spoke with a most helpful and pleasant woman in the Customer Service Dept. She explained the delivery was a little delayed due to the terrible weather and the warehouse being hit by a mini tornado! I received an email advising me that the radiator was enroute. Upon unpacking the radiator I noticed a small 'dent' on one of the radiator pipes - not caused in transit as the packaging was in tact as was the finish of radiator's paintwork. It appears as though it is a manufacturing 'flaw' - had time and builders not been on my side I would have returned the radiator.
