The service, value for money and the quality of the bathroom package were excellent. It arrived on the pre-arranged date and was very well packed. The issue was that the shower tray I ordered is handed. Emailed the company, as was unsure whether I needed the left or right opening. Was informed to check the detailed drawing on their web site. Checked and ordered the one against the drawing. When the items arrived it was the wrong handed shower tray. Phoned customer services and the lady agreed that the drawing on their web site was wrong. She informed me that a replacement would be sent in a couple of days. As a gesture of goodwill they would upgrade the tray, as it was their fault. The tray arrived 2 days later, but it had not been upgraded. (Disappointed as service was excellent up to that point) I would order from them again and recommend them to friends. But go though the dimensions thoroughly and phone/email to double check.
