Alsion Darvill Overall a great experience with Bath Empire one item ordered was unfortunately out of stock and discontinued so an alternative offered which was acceptable to us within 24 hours of our ordered being placed, I had also forgotten to order a couple of items, so I called and they happily added these to my order. The only issue was with delivery, I believe Bath Empire use a third party distribution and unfortunately delivery was booked for Monday 21st January, but by 5.30pm no delivery had arrived, I contacted the delivery agents and was advised my delivery would be made the following day, this duly arrived but again instructions to contact me 1 hour prior to delivery were not followed and therefore the driver had to wait for me to arrive home, I then received a call 2 hours later to advise my delivery would have to be re-booked as I was not at home to accept it, this was strange as by then I had been in possesion of my new bathroom for 2 hours ! All in all Bath Empire a great company and very competitive from a price point of view for good quality items.

Linda We ordered most of the things we need for our new bathroom fit in October, and it's just being installed. After checking what he was going to be working with, our builder has been extremely impressed with the quality. He had just been fitting three bathrooms in a large house, before ours, and he was saying that the owners had paid a small fortune for their fittings (some exactly the same as ours). We lucked out on that front. In addition, every member of staff I've spoken to has been so helpful and positive - and just plain nice. A long time since I've had that sort of shopping experience. Would highly recommend. We are just about to place an order for the finishing touches...

Christopher Wharton I have been very disappointed with the last shower mixer tap from B&Q which I fitted less than 3 years ago. Over the last year the maximum water pressure and temperature has gradual reduced to a trickle of cold water. Now that I have fit this new "Thermostatic Shower Valve-Round Bar Mixer-Premium Range" I can see how much better both pressure and temperature has been improved. I am not sure how the premium range is better than the standard range but I am glad to have bought this one. The 10 year guarantee is also a plus. I bought it over the phone fro the firm direct and received the information I needed in a friendly, unhurried way. Deliver was exactly as quoted. I would definitely check this company first out if I need other products

Barbara Tester After being in Homebase for one & a half hours, and going though everything we wanted to refit our ensuite bathroom we were told by the young lady, that all the items we needed would be available For delivery at the end of June! You can imagine our disappointment and disgust! Why have all these things on offer and tempt you in when you know that they not available? I found Bath Empire online, they had everything I needed, I ordered it, paid for it and it was delivered by the end of the week! Absolutely excellent service, and no quibble guarantee, and refund if any faults! I would not hesitate to recommend this company!

tracy saul After trawling for weeks through other sites looking for a bathroom suite that ticked all the right boxes I came across Bath Empire. Was a bit nervous ordering from this site as truthfully had never heard of them but all doubts were gone. From receiving emails to say "order was on its way" to phone calls from Graham and Liam from the delivery service team, keeping me updated on when the bathroom suite would arrive .... Right up till the last ten minutes. You couldnt get better than that. Driver helped me bring in to living room. Not fitted the suite yet but all looks great quality and really happy with everything I purchased. I wanted everything square, square toilet, square basin. I got it all with bang on trend contemporary look and better than any other online bathroom stockists on price. Handy tip, when you have chosen your item, type in on google 'bath empire discount codes'. I got an extra 5%, but then Bath Empire did a bank holiday deal where on top of amazing prices they did an extra 10% off as well. Happy happy. Would definitely recommend again.

Gaye Balchin Its the first time I have used an online bathroom supplier and they were excellent and attentive in every respect. I was ordering as a layman for professional installers and they helped me through answering my queries. We did have problems as something arrived with a fault but that was replaced quickly and efficiently. We also had to return an item as it was too large for the space but the return process was quick and simple. Unfortunately it was damaged in return so we did not received a refund. I would recommend them in fact my builder is going to buy the same shower for his own home. All quality goods.
