This heating element kit is intended to be installed in a bathroom or shower-room. It is IP44 rated and may be installed in the zone 2 area, the electrical connection box should be located outside zone 2 and wired to an RCD protected spur. 

N.B: All electrical equipment must be installed by a qualified electrician. 

All electric radiators are designed for use in the United Kingdom. When using a normal element we suggest fitting in conjunction with a timer for best operation. Best operation is achieved when using in conjunction with an electronic timer.

Mirror Finish 

Not all chrome is the same. 

The Virginia towel radiator has been coated in 60 microns of chrome. Allowing for a highly reflective, mirror finish. 

How do you tell the difference between poor chrome and great chrome? Place your finger on the chrome. On poor chrome your finger print will leave a mark, on great chrome you will be able to rub your finger print off. 

The 60 microns of chrome on the Virginia towel radiator means it easily passes the finger print test. 

Will I need anything else to fit this radiator? 

The Virginia towel radiator comes with everything needed to fit it to your bathroom wall.  

Before you can plumb in the Virginia towel radiator you will need to buy a set of valves.

b rogers June 12After 4 hours on maximum output only the lower bank of tubes are hot. The top two thirds of tubes are cold. The heating element as supplied is totally underrated and not adequate to heat the1450 x 600 towel rail. A waste of money and installation effort. Nil out of ten.
