Will it work in my bathroom?
For this thermostatic shower to operate correctly, your water system will need to produce between 0.1 and 5 bar of pressure.
This can be achieved if you have one of the following:
Combination (Combi) boiler systems
Pumped hot water systems
Un-vented hot water systems
Standard pressurised hot water cylinder type systems
Gravity fed system

Recently installed two of these shower mixer valves, one in each bathroom. Overall we are very pleased with the quality and the appearance of the product. My only hesitation is that the units are mains fed and there has been a noticeable reduction in shower pressure compared to the units previously installed. The shower is less invigorating than it used to be. Would be interested if anyone can explain why the pressure has reduced and whether or not it can be rectified.
